What is Tomorrow Today Longevity? +
TTL is a longevity-intelligence platform. You pick a lane, run a short intake, and a 25-expert AI panel turns your answers (and any labs you bring) into a personalized, bedrock-first blueprint — with a Codex Score that grows with you as you feed it more data. Independent guidance, never a substitute for a clinician.
What are the five lanes? +
Each lane is a starting point that fits a specific question: TT Longevity (the full Codex across every body system), Peptides (targeted repair and optimization), TRT for Men's Longevity, HRT for Women's Longevity, and GLP-1 (weight management, done with the long arc in mind). Pick whichever one fits today — you can add the others anytime, and your data follows you across all of them.
How long does the intake take? +
About five minutes for the lane intake itself. The deeper personalization keeps building from there as you add labs, complete deep-dives, confirm routines, and connect a wearable. The Codex Score starts sparse and climbs every week as you feed it real data.
Do I have to upload labs? +
No. Labs sharpen the plan a lot, but the intake and your first plan generate without them. When you’re ready, upload existing results from any provider — Quest, LabCorp, Boston Heart, DEXA, coronary CT — as a PDF, a photo of the printout, or typed values. We read them, trend them, and translate them into plain English. Lab uploads are encrypted at rest.
What does the free trial include? +
The free trial is $0 for 7 days. It covers the intake, your first AI-generated plan, and a live Foundations Snapshot of your Codex Score. If you don’t subscribe, the account and all PHI are hard-deleted at day 7 — only a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email stays, so we can detect repeat trial attempts (audit-only). The Peptide bedrock protocol stays free indefinitely on its own carve-out.
What does the App subscription unlock? +
The App subscription is $9.99/month and unlocks the full experience across all five lanes: chat with the 25-expert AI panel, plan refinements, deep-dives, weekly Codex updates with a plain-language read on what’s moving, multi-lane access, trackers, and wearable rollups. It does NOT include telehealth or prescriptions — those layer in on Lane Rx or Bundle Rx when our clinician network goes live.
What about telehealth and prescriptions? +
Telehealth and prescription handoff are coming soon for paid subscribers. We don’t have a launch date to promise yet. When it ships, it’ll be available as Lane Rx (one lane) or Bundle Rx (multiple lanes, with a discount) — final pricing lands before launch.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month, no commitment. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan and Codex stay visible through the end of the paid period.
Is my health data private? +
Yes. PHI is encrypted at rest with a key kept separately from the data itself — so even a database snapshot is unreadable without it. The platform is HIPAA-aligned. You can request a full export or full deletion anytime — see the Privacy page for details, including the ‘Do Not Sell or Share’ anchor.
Which wearables work? +
Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin today. Wearable data is passive substrate that lifts your weekly Codex score without any extra effort on your part — connect once and forget about it.
Does TTL detect health risks? +
TTL cross-references your markers for early patterns across 7 areas — metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular, thyroid, chronic inflammation, hormonal decline, liver/NAFLD, and gut-brain cascade. This is not a diagnosis; it’s an observation designed to help you make more informed decisions. We recommend discussing any flagged patterns with a qualified healthcare professional for proper evaluation.
What happens when I upload labs? +
Every lab panel you upload is interpreted immediately. Out-of-range markers are flagged with plain-language context — what the marker means, why it matters, and whether it’s worth a follow-up conversation with your clinician. Over time, these results also feed the 7-pattern risk detection engine for deeper longitudinal insights.
Is there a sample account I can look at first? +
Yes. The Sample Account is a fully populated, view-only walkthrough — plan, Codex card, trackers, knowledge library, all real-shaped — so you can see exactly what the app feels like before you sign up. Read-only; interactive features like expert chat and plan refinement require your own account.
What languages are supported? +
English and Spanish today, for both the intake and the in-app text. Voice replies stay in English while we tune the Spanish voice model.
Do you give medical advice? +
No. TTL is an educational and planning platform — high-quality health and wellness information to support informed decisions, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician before making any health decision. If you’re in a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately.
