No. Labs sharpen the plan a lot, but the intake and your first plan generate without them. When you’re ready, upload existing results from any provider — Quest, LabCorp, Boston Heart, DEXA, coronary CT — as a PDF, a photo of the printout, or typed values. We read them, trend them, and translate them into plain English. Lab uploads are encrypted at rest. Labs are required at exactly one point: telehealth. When our clinician network goes live, prescriptions will only follow basic labs and a real doctor review — we won’t prescribe from a questionnaire.

The free trial is $0 for 7 days and applies to Peptides, TRT, HRT, and GLP-1. It covers the intake, your first AI-generated plan, and a live Foundations Snapshot of your Codex Score.
