Personalized blueprint in minutes, not weeks.
Five steps. Bedrock-first throughout — never a substitute for a qualified clinician.
Quick intake
Five minutes of structured questions about your goals, body, lifestyle, and any peptide history. No chat to navigate — just the form, then you're done.
Your blueprint opens
An expert AI panel synthesizes your intake into a layered protocol — bedrock first, then targeted interventions. Anything we still need shows up as More Information Needed.
Bring it to your clinician
We give you the protocol, the evidence, and the questions to ask. The conversation with your doctor stays where it belongs — with your doctor. We don't write prescriptions and we don't sell compounds.
Track and refine
Open your Codex Analysis to see Initial → Week → Goal. Each lab, deep-dive, and confirmed routine lifts your Week score toward your Goal — refreshed weekly and shown on every body system.
Telehealth when you’re ready
When your protocol calls for a prescription, TTL connects you with an independently licensed telehealth provider who already has your full picture — labs, protocol, expert reasoning. No starting over. Coming soon.
What you’ll actually get.
- Evidence-graded compound profiles. Mechanism, typical-dose ranges, common cycling patterns, and current FDA / reclassification status — in plain language.
- A personalised stack outline. Built around your goals, body, lifestyle, and any peptide history. Stacking and interaction notes included so nothing’s flying blind.
- Bedrock first. Sleep, stress, training load, and protein floor handled before peptides layer on top — the regenerative work doesn’t take in a system running on empty.
- Codex integration. Cycle activity, biomarker shifts, and recovery signals from your wearable, trended in one view.
- A clinician-ready brief. Specific questions, regulatory context, and the right numbers to bring to the visit.

The environment is where the gap lives.
Almost every regenerative protocol on the market — stem cells, peptides, hormones — assumes the tissue environment is ready to support new growth. Most of the time it isn’t. Senescent cells release inflammatory signals. Pro-aging plasma proteins blunt paracrine signaling. New input lands in a system that can’t use it — and most of what you paid for gets neutralised before it has a chance to work.
The fix is sequence. Clear the environment first, confirm the tissue has actually shifted, then introduce the regenerative input. Same intervention, prepared system, completely different result — and once you address the environment, everything you put in starts to compound.
The TTL sequencing pattern
Three steps the Bedrock layer is built around
- 1
Clear the environment.
Therapeutic plasma exchange dilutes pro-aging plasma factors. Senolytic cycles (D+Q, fisetin) clear the SASP-producing cells at the source. Together, they lower the chronic inflammatory load that otherwise neutralises most of a regenerative input.
- 2
Confirm the tissue has shifted.
hs-CRP and inflammatory markers re-checked before progressing. Schedule alone isn’t enough. The Codex shows you whether the environment actually responded.
- 3
Introduce the regenerative input.
Peptides, MSCs, exosomes, PRP, GH-axis support — layered into a tissue environment that can absorb and use them. Same intervention, prepared system, completely different result.
This sequencing logic is encoded in the panel itself — Dr. Reeves (senolytics) and Dr. Hoffmann (immunology) coordinate the timeline so your stack is delivered in the order that actually compounds. It’s why your peptide protocol comes with bedrock work, not just a dose chart.
For those who refuse to settle for hype.

A look at your Codex Analysis
Initial · Week · Goal — your starting baseline, this week's substrate score, and where the plan takes you. Refreshed weekly as you bring more data.
Illustrative preview. Your numbers reflect the labs, deep-dives, routines, and lifestyle data you've shared.
See it on the Sample AccountThe more you bring, the truer the picture.
Your Codex score is dynamic. It starts sparse on day one and climbs every week as you bring more substrate — labs, deep-dive answers, confirmed routines, and wearable data. The Goal is the destination; the work is the partnership.
Initial → Week → Goal
Your Initial score reflects what we know on day one — usually sparse. Each lab you upload, deep-dive you complete, and routine you confirm lifts your Week score toward your Goal. Refreshed every week.
- Upload labs — we parse them and trend each biomarker.
- Complete deep-dives — targeted Q&A with each expert.
- Confirm weekly routines — one tap, the loop closes.
- Connect a wearable — passive substrate, no extra effort.
After intake: More Info Needed
The intake is short on purpose. After it, we open your blueprint and show More Info Needed tiles — Required first, then Revisit, Optional, Beneficial, and Protocol Review Due. Your full plan generates once the required tiles are done.
- Required — we genuinely need it to plan accurately.
- Revisit / Optional — sharpens the plan, not blocking.
- Beneficial — further personalization when you have time.
Pyramid is the path. Codex is the result.
The TT Longevity Pyramid is the visual of the work needed to reach full optimization — Bedrock first, then Testing, Therapies, and Next Level. Your Codex Analysis is the result of progressing along that path: the score that climbs as each tier of the pyramid fills in.
Think of the pyramid as the recipe and the Codex as the dish — the score reflects how much of the recipe you’ve actually completed.
A 25-expert AI panel behind every plan.
Your lane plan is built by the same 25-expert panel that runs the full TTL Codex. Each specialist contributes within their field, the orchestrator reconciles overlap, and the result is a single coherent protocol that updates as you bring more data.

Regulatory status: pending FDA reclassification
Most wellness peptides on this list are on the FDA’s Category 2 restricted list. HHS has indicated an intent to reclassify approximately 14 wellness peptides for compounding access; an FDA advisory panel is scheduled for July 2026, with additional reviews in early 2027. Reclassification is not FDA drug approval. Outcome and timing are not guaranteed.

Will TTL write me a prescription? v
No. TTL is independent — we don't prescribe, dispense, or sell peptides. We hand you a personalized protocol built on the best information available, and you take it to a qualified clinician. That separation is on purpose: it's how we keep the recommendation honest.
Are peptides FDA-approved? v
A handful are. Tesamorelin, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide, and PT-141 (bremelanotide) have specific FDA-approved indications. Most other wellness peptides — BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Thymosin Alpha-1, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Selank, Semax, AOD-9604, TB-500, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, KPV, Melanotan II, DSIP — sit on the FDA's restrictive Category 2 bulk drug list (2023). Each compound profile in TTL flags exactly where it stands so you're never guessing.
What's happening with FDA peptide reclassification? v
As of early 2026, HHS has signalled an intent to reclassify roughly 14 wellness peptides off the FDA's Category 2 list. An FDA advisory panel is scheduled for July 2026, with additional reviews in early 2027. If reclassification is granted, those peptides would become legally compoundable through 503A pharmacies under a physician's prescription. Reclassification isn't the same as FDA drug approval — and the outcome and timing aren't guaranteed.
How is TTL different from clinics like Defy, Peter MD, or Maximus? v
Those are telehealth clinics — their business is selling you the peptide every month ($100–$500/mo is the typical range). Our business is the plan, full stop. No formulary to defend, no monthly compound to upsell, which means the protocol you get is the one we actually think fits your goals.
Can I bring my own labs? v
Yes — please do. Enter your biomarker values during intake and your plan and Codex Analysis will update as you add more. We don't require you to buy labs through us.
I'm in Mexico — does this work for me? v
Yes. TTL supports both the United States and Mexico, with units shown in your preferred system (lb/kg, ft·in/cm, oz/ml). Sourcing and clinician guidance is tailored to your region.
What does Plus get me that Free doesn't? v
Free covers a single peptide protocol so you can see what TTL actually delivers. Plus ($9.99/mo or $79/yr) opens up the full peptide library, layers your protocol with diet, supplement, and hydration alignment, and turns on the tracker so adherence and cycling guidance are built in — not bolted on after the fact. Cancel anytime.

How we keep this honest.
Six commitments we hold ourselves to. They're also why we look different from the clinics.
Independent
No formulary, no kickbacks, no compounds for sale. Your protocol is the one that fits, not the one we're paid to push.
Encrypted at rest
PHI columns are encrypted at the application layer (AES-128 + HMAC) with a key held in our hosting provider’s encrypted secret store, separate from the database. Logs never contain raw PHI.
No data sales, no ads
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. We don't run ads. Our revenue is the subscription you pay us — that's the entire business.
Independent guidance
High-quality health and wellness information intended to support informed decision-making. We give you the protocol; the prescription stays with your doctor.
Export & delete anytime
Your data is yours. Export it as JSON or delete your account in one click — we honor a 30-day undelete in case you change your mind.
US & MX coverage
Telehealth matched to where you live, units in your system (lb/kg, ft·in/cm, oz/ml).
Built for people who've outgrown spreadsheets.
You already know your TSH, your hs-CRP, and your VO₂ max. You've tried the apps, the wearables, and a notebook or two. TTL is the next step — a structured, expert-built protocol that connects what you're already tracking to what your plan should actually look like.
-
You ask better questions than your doctor's intake form does. So we ask better ones.
-
You want the protocol AND the reasoning. Every recommendation cites the mechanism and the evidence tier.
-
You'd rather pay $9.99/mo than be the product. No data sales, no ads, no upsell kickbacks.
Most people finish the intake in five minutes.
Independent. Educational. No prescriptions, no upsells, no formulary we’re locked into — just a clear plan you actually understand. Free to start.
