All personal health information is hard-deleted from the database at day 7. We retain only a salted hash of your email (so we can detect repeat trial attempts) and an audit record of the deletion event. Details in our Privacy Policy.

The $9.99/mo App subscription gives you one lane — expert chat, plan refinements, Codex tracking, and a protocol that evolves with your data. Does TTL prescribe medications or replace my doctor? ▼
No. TTL is an educational and planning platform. We help you build a personalized blueprint, make sense of your labs and wearables, and walk into your clinician’s office prepared. We don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe — clinical decisions belong with a qualified clinician.
Can I switch lanes or use multiple lanes? ▼

Yes. Personal health information is encrypted on disk with a key kept separately from the data itself — so even a database snapshot is unreadable without the key. Logs never contain raw PHI. You can export or delete your data anytime from your account.
Where is TTL available? ▼
United States and Mexico. Units are dual (lb/kg, ft·in/cm, oz/ml). Telehealth handoff — when it launches in the Lane Tele/Rx and Bundle Tele/Rx tiers — will route to a contracted clinician licensed in your state or region.
